We also have a mixed array of volunteers and debt advisors able to offer you words of comfort and explain the different debt solutions for your current money problems.
We are not here to judge anyone but instead provide tailored debt and money advice. When you first call we will ask you to set a password which will protect the information you give us. This is to ensure nobody will be able to access your information without that password. We do not share you information with anybody else without your permission and everything you tell us is completely confidential.
Debt advice in Liverpool: What happens next?
We will take contact details and ask you to give us a rough idea of your situation. We always try to put people at ease and understand that there are some details you may not want to discuss. In order for you to get the best debt advice possible and to ensure our debt advice is accurate, we do need as much information as possible.
If we feel after the initial stage that we need more information then we may ask to do a complete income and expenditure. This should only take approximately five to ten minutes. Remember, we help lots of people in a similar situation to your own and we can help you too.
We offer you the advice once we have gathered the information and what you do with the advice is entirely up to you. There may be multiple debt advice options so our friendly debt advisor will explain the pros and cons to each solution to ensure you have the necessary information to make an informed decision.
