UK House Prices Remain Static
House prices in the UK have remained static with only a 0.2% dip in the month of April compared with March according to latest statistics by Nationwide.
The Building society said that within the previous 6 months house prices had fallen in 3 months and risen in another 3 months making the market “static”.
Robert Gardner, Nationwide’s chief economist said “”A strong rebound in the market remains unlikely as the recovery is still expected to remain modest by historic standards,”
