Nineteen websites have been shutdown by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) because they were found to target vulnerable people to gain their personal information and sell it on.

David Fisher, OFT director of consumer credit, said “Websites like the ones we have shut down target vulnerable people and those who may not have easy access to credit.”

The nineteen sites which were shut down are;
